• OK Girls, we all have lipsticks that have reached the end of their wind up and the lipstick does not do any justice apart from throwing it away.  DO NOT throw it away.  The Solution!  Purchase a tray that holds sewing machine bobbins or fishing tackles & a Lip Brush, scrape out the balance of the lipstick and place in the tray. You have now commenced your very own palette of colors and can now have fun mixing and matching.

•  Is your Moisturiser in a tube and struggling to get the last drop out?  1. Remove the seal to the tube and use a cotton bud/Qtip or small scraper to scrape out the balance.   2. Run the tube under hot water then shake the balance of the contents to the opening.  This may enable at least another weeks worth of Moisturiser that can be used instead of disposing of a product prematurely.

• Clean your BBQ grill by scrunching up a piece of foil and use to clean your grill. It cleans just as well as a wire scrub brush

• Microwave cleaning made easy.  Place a large bowl of water in the mocrowave and palce on high setting for approx 3 minutes.  The steam will loosen any baked on food and enable it to be wiped away with less effort.

• Sign up for loyalty cards to receive special coupon mailings and coupons at checkout

• Save heaps of printing paper for your computer by collecting anything in Aust A4/USA Letter Size 81/2 x 11, that has been printed on one side only. It can be found in lots of mail at work or home.  There are so many places to find it and you can finish up with an endless supply.  So much gets thrown out that can be used on the non printed side. It saves money and saves the environment.

• Generally free to join, A great resource for Books, Newspapers, latest Magazines, Noticeboards for the local area, Internet access*, CD's*, DVD's*, Story telling sessions for children, some even offer free Tea & Coffee. Some libraries even offer WiFi, so take your Laptop. The Library is also a great place to escape the madness at home or office for some peace & quiet.                 *(small fee may apply)

• We all love a bargain! Try out your local markets on the weekends. Stall holders sell new and used goods. You may even want to de clutter your home and set up your own stall to earn additional income.

• If you are looking at selling your property you may want to select a Real Estate Agent that does not charge for marketing.  Sometimes this can be a savings of up to $5,000.
